A recent study by the Center City Civic Association shows that of the 88,000 people who live and work in Center City Philadelphia, 40% walk to work! So residents in our loft buildings are reducing the 'carbon imprint' of the city by getting out and WALKING to work, shopping and to the amazing range of eateries, museums, galleries, concerts, sporting events and more, that Philadelphia offers.
